Call Our TeamNorth Shore Home Energy provides Ductless Mini Split installations and maintenance services for homeowners and businesses throughout the North Shore. We have been given the title of Elite Diamond Contractors by Mitsubishi Electric, which puts us in the highest tier of their contractors. Our teams of contractors are constantly traveling throughout New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine to help provide installations.
For decades, most homeowners here in New England have dealt with big bulky AC units that have to be taken out of the garage and manually put into each window as soon as it starts to heat up. Not only is that an extremely labor-intensive process each year, but those systems are not efficient. Every air leak around the AC unit is costing you in your electrical bill. Mini-Split systems from Mitsubishi are ductless solutions that do not require complex ductwork or vents, and they can both cool and heat your property. These systems are energy efficient and are designed to warm or cool different areas of your home strategically so you can save even more on your utility costs. If you are interested in learning more about mini split systems for your home or business, please contact us. And for installations or maintenance, please give us a call.
There are many benefits of mini split systems from how they save you money on your utility costs to how they look in your home. Here are some of our favorite benefits of the ductless mini split systems we design.
Mini split systems feature modern designs that are out of the way. Since there is no need for ducts, the systems can be placed strategically both in terms of how they will function but also how they will look.
Perhaps the biggest difference between split system and traditional air conditioning units is their quiet operation. Split units are ideal for homes, offices, or any other number of locations where noise is best kept at bay.
Mini split systems allow you to heat and cool your property all with one system. By combining air conditioning technology with heat pump technology you can rely on this one system all year. Moreover, units are strategically placed throughout your property so that you can control temperatures in separate rooms.
Because split air conditioning systems automatically regulate climate control, cooling and heating effects are made available only when needed. Split systems reduce overall energy costs by improving overall household temperature efficiency.

Split systems are climate control regulators that automatically move hot and cool air in an effort to uniformly disperse temperature throughout residential spaces. Split systems are split in that part of the system is located inside while the other is set up outside. The outdoor unit cools and pumps cold air into the indoor unit which then distributes the cold air in to the room. The units are connected through small insulated tubes which can be piped through by creating small holes in your wall. In terms of heating, the system uses a heat pump which takes in ambient air, heats it, and then distributes it throughout your property.
