Each year, our team attends multiple continuing training opportunities with the top brands and manufacturers so we can better serve you. These educational opportunities keep us at the forefront of the industry and allow us to work on the latest models. We also attend re-certification classes, so you can rest easy knowing a knowledgeable technician arrives when you call us. Below, we have some photos from our most recent continuing training trips!
High-Efficiency Boiler Training
We went to the Lochinvar Factory in Nashville, TN to learn about the latest industry standards for high efficiency boiler installation and maintenance. NSHE recommends Lochinvar for all high-efficiency boiler needs. We were honored to visit their factory for hands-on training. This seminar was attended by HVAC professionals from across the country. We learned a lot and are excited for the opportunity to go again!
Certification Classes in Westfield, MA
Along with continuing training, we also keep up to date on all certifications. We recently visited The Reed Institute in Westfield, MA where we were trained on the latest SpacePak High Efficiency systems. This type of education isn’t mandatory, but we feel it’s our responsibility to be the expert on every aspect of your home HVAC system. From installation to maintenance and design we can do it all.
